PriceMyLoan Offers Incentives for Lenders and Investors

Lenders receive incentives for adding investors partnered through the Platinum Investor Program.

COSTA MESA, CA – December, 2006 – PriceMyLoan announced today that correspondent lenders using the PriceMyLoan (PML) private-label automated underwriting and loan pricing engine will receive a special incentive to add loan products from investors that are partnered through the PML Platinum Investor Program (PIP). The incentive is aimed at encouraging relationships between PML clients and PIP investors.

"We're seeing growth in direct relationships with investors through our PIP partnership," says Linn Cook, marketing director at PML. "The assistance we receive from PIP investors results in a more accurate and useful tool for our clients. Therefore, providing an incentive for our clients to add PIP investor products only makes good business sense."

The PIP provides investors with access to the PML system to perform independent testing and verify the accuracy of their loan products. Loan scenarios are run through the PML system and results are analyzed for eligibility and pricing accuracy. Unexpected results are communicated to PML and updates are deployed immediately to all lender clients using that investor's loan products.

The special incentive offers PML clients the opportunity to add PIP investor loan products to their system at a reduced cost. "It's comforting to know that my investor is making sure their guidelines are correct in PML," says Jerry Lindahl, president of Resource Funding. "When I'm considering new investors to work with, I first check which ones are PIP and make a call to the investor's account executive. With this additional incentive, I'll definitely look to add PIP products."
