We're proud to announce the release of Quick Pricer, a new tool that works in tandem with PriceMyLoan. The Quick Pricer was designed with the loan originator in mind. We understand that loan officers don't always have the time to run a full PriceMyLoan decision. They simply want a quick price to quote back to their client. So in Quick Pricer, we created a slimmed down version of PriceMyLoan to give loan officers a convenient way to retreive accurate pricing in a matter of seconds.
Even though the Quick Pricer is an abbreviated version of PriceMyLoan, it utilizes the same guidelines, pricing adjustments and rate sheets as our complete automated underwriting system. And what's more, every Quick Pricer decision can be instantly converted into a full PriceMyLoan file, providing a smooth transition from pre-qualification to automated underwriting and lock submission.
The tool also includes the ability to place the Quick Pricer on a lender's public website for anyone to use. The Anonymous Quick Pricer is a marketing tool for lenders that allows any loan officer to check pricing without having to log in.
